Lívia Humaire , geographer and environmentalist, drew a success story when she founded, idealized, and articulated the first Zero Waste store in Brazil.
In this project, he developed and improved production and delivery processes of more than 80 suppliers from all parts of Brazil, modifying and enhancing more than 500 products, applying the concepts of the Zero Waste movement, and environmental technical knowledge.
From the arrival of the products to the space, to the shipping via Eco-Commerce, to the entire operation of the store – such as issuing coupons, on-site sales – the project as a whole generated environmental and social innovation, becoming a reference throughout the country.
Today, at the head of Global Ecological Transitions, he develops and applies a methodology focused on bioindicators for ecological processes, products and services, both in Brazil and in Europe, where he currently resides.
He conducts mentoring and consulting for Businesses that seek to be Ecological all over Brazil.
