Scientist: Master’s student in Environmental Science Teaching at USP, Scientific Dissemination, Lecturer and Model.

Born on the outskirts of Salvador – Bahia and living in São Paulo, she was nominated for the TikTok Awards in 2021 and was elected Bahian of the Year in Science by the newspaper Correio da Bahia. She is a Chemist, studying for a Master’s degree in Environmental Science Teaching at USP, where she researches environmental science teaching, anti-racism, and media, more specifically social networks. She is founder and science communicator of @deusacientista. She is also the Science, Technology, and Innovation coordinator of the State Youth Council of Bahia, where she discusses public policies for Bahia’s youth. In addition, he is a model and lecturer.

“I was the founder, coordinator, and chemistry teacher of the Pre-College Social Quilombo Amigos do Bem, a project that offered free classes to black and peripheral students who wanted to access universities. I have been a Chemistry teacher in regular schools for 2 years. I am the founder of Deusa Cientista, a company that disseminates science aiming to empower people through science, to rescue the history of the black population and make it more accessible to the general public. Through Deusa Cientista she has done publicity for several brands. She has been acting as a model for 2 years and has given lectures for 2 years in companies, schools and universities.”
